(9/7/2023)

Flu shots and Flumist are now available in our office for our patients and their parents. Please call our office if you would like to schedule a Flu shot or Flumist.

(12/14/2020)

We recently received a new shipment of flu shots. Therefore, our office is once again offering flu shots to our patients. We will not be able to offer flu shots to parents, however, we can offer Flumist to parents or patients that have a deep fear of needles.

(11/6/2020)

Due to the overwhelming demand for the influenza vaccine shot this season, our office supply has dwindled and we will not be able to offer flu shots. If your child has an appointment for a flu shot AND is age 6 months to 3 years old, we will honor your appointment until our supply runs out. If your child has an appointment for a flu shot and is age 4 years or older, we will offer your child Flumist or we will request that you take your child to a local pharmacy offering flu shots. We still have a good supply of the intranasal Flumist vaccine (ages 2-49 years old). If you would still like a flu shot for your child, please contact your local pharmacy (i.e. CVS, Walgreens, Tom Thumb, Wal-mart, etc.). Most pharmacies offer flu shots for age 7 years and older and will give flu shots for ages 3 1/2 to 6 years with a doctor's "prescription."
